Our bootcamp sessions are aimed to improve your general fitness as well as fitness for surfing. The focus is on strength and conditioning with a variety of fundamental movements. This class is relatively high intensity and will vary every time. Kara Paris Halliwell a cross fit instructor will be designing our training program. Kara is a two time CrossFit European/meridian Regional as well as 2015 British U23s weightlifting champion. If she can’t whip us into shape no one can.
Friday 6-7pm – £5 per session, pay at the door
Our pilates sessions will keep you in top shape and boost your performance in the waves. The exercises are focused on the core body, providing a strong, balanced posture. Full concentration is needed to coordinate and breath with movements and ensure a fluid motion. Mental focus and a better body awareness are two natural benefits of Pilates.
